Such assessments can improve productivity and promote equality and inclusion; adaptive software, task lighting, magnifiers, monoculars, video magnifiers, induction loops, vibrating pagers, note taking devices, ergonomic seating, changes to the workstation/working environment, and adaptations to premises or on site equipment can be recommended depending on the nature of the assessment requested.

We offer technical assessments to determine the most appropriate IT solutions for disabled PC users.

Our assessment prices are competitive, depending upon complexity. We will always provide a written or emailed quote before commencing work, and a comprehensive report and list of recommendations upon completion.

Products can include speech access software such as JAWS for Windows, magnification software such as Lunar and Zoomtext, combinations of the above such as Supernova, Voice Recognition software such as Dragon and Talking Point, specialist scanning software for visually impaired people, proof reading tools, software and dictation solutions for people with Dyslexia. Products include Inspiration, Read and Write etc. Technical solutions enabling communications for deaf & hearing impaired people can also be suggested.
