Who are we?

Access Made Easy is a business partnership. We hold government contracts with Jobcentre Plus, carrying out assessments for disabled people in the workplace.

We undertake transcription work for a number of local authorities, government departments and charities. These include West Lancashire, Solihull, Woking, and Cheltenham, Jobcentre Plus, Energy Watch, The Gift of Thomas Pocklington, and a number of housing associations. We undertake disability awareness and equality training for organizations spanning the public, voluntary and private sectors.

The following is an interview recorded with Andy Taylor, founding member of AME, shortly before his sudden, and tragic death in February 2009. AME continues to work along the lines and principles which Andy identifies throughout the interview.

Company Structure

Access Made Easy consists of two founding members: Andy Taylor and Tom O'Sullivan.

Andy has personally assisted over 600 disabled job seekers secure employment.

Tom is a former motor mechanic who turned to academic study when he began to experience sight loss. He has several years of experience carrying out functional low vision assessments and technical assessments in the work place and in educational settings.

Our Associates

Our network of associates is a multi-disciplinary team comprising of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, disability awareness trainers and employment consultants. All references are thoroughly checked prior to associates carrying out work on our behalf.
